Lomba Agustusan merupakan suatu perayaan tahunan untuk memperingati hari kemerdekaan Negara Indonesia yang dapat diikuti oleh semua orang tak terkecuali si kembar blasteran Indonesia-Jepang, Hiroki dan Hiroshi. Akankah mereka mampu memenangkan perlombaan Agustusan pertama mereka?
